Commercial Painting/Coatings Estimator
Greetings,
ECSW is a rapidly growing and diverse paint shop with many loyal customers. With that demand, we must keep the flow of estimates for these clients, in turn providing documents fast, and accurately. As the sole admin to this company, I believe I can share estimation responsibilities to the right candidate and provide a model for growth and sustainability.
Be forewarned, this position is NOT for folks that have difficulty remaining focused. Production and accuracy is easily monitored and measured, so if you are not motivated, this is not the position for you. Distraction turns to errors, and errors turn to massive financial company losses. Your position is crucial for the success of the entire crew so there is no room for failure.
Be ready for an open discussion about base pay and how you see it fit into your lifestyle.

PLEASE UNDESTAND YOU MUST BE PROFICIENT (or a quick study of) THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
-BlueBeam software knowledge we do not print plans for takeoff
-email navigation and organization
-ability to download, organize and read .pdf files on Windows OS
-articulate in speech and writing
-good presentation skills
-mathematical skills
-measurement skills
-a background in construction, with coatings as your main trade influence
-product knowledge
-paint system knowledge
YOU AGREE TO:
-having a vehicle (you do not mind putting some miles on, gas allowance as necessary)
-background check, as many of our projects are for DPS
-sign an enforceable NDA/NCA (non-disclosure/non-compete)
if you are, or have been a painter with these skills, you are preferred
