As a Case Processor/ Client Services Representative, you are responsible for:
Provide great customer service
Phone Verification of Contracts and Esign
Follow up and collect required documents
Monthly Follow-up with customers to update status
Sales administrative support
Data Entry
Qualifications:
Strong phone skills (1+ years preferred)
Strong business email writing and etiquette
Multitasking
Punctual
Team Player / Positive attitude
Attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office
