We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Catering Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist with the administrative tasks associated with our catering operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating and managing catering orders, including client communication, order processing, and scheduling.
Maintain accurate records of catering events, client preferences, and special requests.
Support menu planning and customization based on client needs and dietary restrictions.
Help with inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
Collaborate with the catering team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
Assist with billing and invoicing for catering events, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Support the catering team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required.
Previous experience in an administrative role or the catering/hospitality industry is a plus but not required.
