Branch Coordinator Job Description
Encore Landscaping is seeking an enthusiastic Spanish speaking Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
Ensuring compliance of company HR practices with state and federal laws and regulations
Support employee hiring & onboarding processes, from initial interest through orientation, systems set-up, and documentation (including I-9s, e-verify, company policies, and other required documents)
Assist with post-onboarding activities, including asset acquisition, training coordination, and scheduling initial activities
Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
Maintains filing systems as assigned
Responds to and resolve administrative/branch inquiries and questions.
Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors.
Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings, if needed
Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings.
Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
Present benefits programs to eligible employees and reasonably guide them through enrollment procedures
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office.
Work with department heads to determine uniform needs are met, track orders, and distribute those uniforms
Assist in job recruitment and retention activities
Receive and address incoming phone calls and digital communications from employees, clients, and vendors
Support field employees with any questions or concerns they may have
Support Operations, HR, Accounting & executive teams as necessary
Performs other related duties as assigned.
