In this role, you will be responsible for working in a fast paced environment, answering phones, communicating with people in person, scheduling appointments, data entry and supporting multiple departments.
You must be fluent in both English and Spanish, have strong interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks is a must. The position is Monday – Friday 745AM – 5PM.
Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments and manage calendar
Greet and assist customers in-person and on the phone
Answer customer inquiries and provide guidance as needed
Perform minor accounting tasks such as data entry and filing
Maintain office supplies and order when necessary
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Follow up on customer inquiries and requests
Qualifications:
Fluency in both English and Spanish
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven organizational and multitasking abilities
3 or more years of office experience
Proficiency with computers and office equipment
High school diploma or equivalent
