Growing construction company is looking to hire a highly-skilled and motivated Administrative Assistant to provide support with various administrative duties.
Your responsibilities in this role will be:
- Handle telephone calls
- Ordering / tracking materials
- Construction Contracts filing and follow up to ensure all administrative aspects are covered
- Interact with Insurance company and request certificates of Insurance based on contracts requirements
- Provide help when needed with various projects to the business owners
- Greet and guide visitors
Skills needed:
Administrative experience, preferred
Familiarity with construction contracts, big plus.
Detailed Oriented
Very Organized
Confidentiality
Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Internet research skills
Excel, Word, PowerPoint experience needed
