About the role:
We are seeking an in-office, reliable and motivated administrative assistant to join our team in Tempe, AZ.
This is a full-time entry-level position offering an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, eager to learn and has the ability to be self-sufficient.
Responsibilities:
Perform basic office duties, including filing, organizing, maintaining records and inventory.
Familiar with Word, Outlook and Microsoft Excel
Communicate effectively via email, in person and over the phone
Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate personnel
Administrative support to colleagues and management
Ensure timely follow-through on assigned tasks and order tracking
We're looking for someone who:
Has a positive attitude, is resourceful, reliable and solution oriented
Can send professional emails and clearly convey messages
Is organized & eager to learn
Has basic Excel knowledge (Data entry and locating information)
A PLUS (but not required) if:
You have knowledge of Excel building and editing spreadsheets
Have experience in construction - Particularly the TILE industry
