Part-Time ENTRY LEVEL
Office Assistant Needed for Busy Home Office.
MUST be organized, detail-oriented, and RELIABLE!
Position: Part-Time
Location: Shea/Scottsdale
Hours: 15-20 hours per week. Prefer 1-5pm, but we can work out a schedule that works for both of us
THIS IS HOME BASED AFTER TRAINING! You will be required to drop off work once a week Cactus and 101 area
Responsibilities:
Handle email correspondence
Organize and maintain files, both electronic and paper
DATA ENTRY and database management
Onboarding contract employees, following up on required license, certificates, and employment requirements.
Requirements:
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATOR ( all of our work is on the phone, so you must like speaking with people.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,) and Google Workspace
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work independently and take initiative
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Reliable and trustworthy
Competitive hourly wage $20 an hour to start. Potential for promotion and full time work from your home.
