Office Assistant Needed for Busy Home Office. I will train you.
I have 2 businesses you would be working for.
MUST be organized, detail-oriented, and RELIABLE!
Position: Part-Time
Location: Shea/Scottsdale
Hours: 15-20 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Responsibilities:
Handle email correspondence and manage calendars
Organize and maintain files, both electronic and paper
Assist with data entry and database management
Social Media monitoring
Perform general administrative/office duties as required
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,) and Google Workspace
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work independently and take initiative
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Reliable and trustworthy
Competitive hourly wage $20 an hour to start. Potential for promotion and full time work from your home.
