Accounts Receivables Coordinator - Part-Time

We are a family owned and operated distribution company that provides products to hotels and other local businesses. As we continue to grow, we are now in need of a dedicated Accounts Receivables Coordinator. The main job will be communicating with customers who have past due invoices, getting those collected and maintaining a low past due balance. There is no need to come to the office everyday, as all calling and emailing can be done from home. You will have to come in for training and maybe a random meeting.

This is Part-Time: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for about 15-20 hours per week, with a flat pay rate of $400 per week with a potential for monthly bonuses(TBD).

Requirements: Must have a computer with secure internet access. Having some Accounting and/or Collections experience would be preferred. Should be an independent self-starter as you will be working with little to no supervision and in charge a maintaining a low past due balance.
