Overview:
Zrpath is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Enrichment Specialist to join our team. This full-time position is focused on supporting children in a dynamic and positive environment, specifically on weekends. The ideal candidate will possess experience in behavioral health, with the ability to work effectively with children to promote growth, learning, and positive behavioral change.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide structured enrichment activities for children on weekends, fostering social, emotional, and academic development.
Implement individualized behavior management strategies to support children with diverse needs.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to develop personalized plans to meet the needs of each child.
Monitor and track progress, providing feedback to families and team members as needed.
Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for all participants.
Uphold Zrpath’s mission and values while contributing to the overall success of the program.
Qualifications:
(preferred) Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related field.
MUST! Prior experience in behavioral health, working with children or youth.
Strong understanding of behavior management techniques and therapeutic approaches.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage children and families in a positive, professional manner.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
