The Black Chamber of Arizona is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of various programs and initiatives that align with the Chamber’s mission. This role involves working closely with community partners, members, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of programs that drive economic empowerment and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Planning and Execution: Develop and manage programs that align with the Chamber’s goals. Coordinate all aspects of program delivery, including scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with community partners, sponsors, members, and other key stakeholders to enhance program impact and outreach.

Event Coordination: Plan and execute events, workshops, and seminars that support the Chamber’s initiatives. Handle logistics, including venue coordination, registration, and participant engagement.

Reporting and Evaluation: Track and analyze program outcomes. Prepare reports and presentations for the Chamber’s leadership and board of directors to highlight program successes and areas for improvement.

Marketing and Outreach: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote programs and events through social media, newsletters, and other communication channels.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, event coordination, or a related role.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Experience in budget management and resource allocation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for economic empowerment, community development, and the mission of the Black Chamber of Arizona.
