We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Toolmaker to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary: The Toolmaker will be responsible for producing precision tools, fixtures, and components required for the manufacturing and assembly of aerospace parts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating Proto Trak, Manual Mills, and Manual Lathes, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain Proto Trak, Manual Mills, and Manual Lathes to fabricate precision tools and components.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

Set up machines and ensure accurate alignment and calibration.

Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.

Inspect and test completed tools and components for quality and precision.

Collaborate with engineers and production teams to develop efficient manufacturing processes.

Adhere to safety standards and procedures at all times.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience running Trak Mills, Manual Mills, and Manual Lathes.

Strong knowledge of machining techniques and toolmaking processes.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

Excellent attention to detail and precision.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
