Shear operator for precision sheet metal job shop . Operate 10' shear cutting blanks for CNC punches out of various types of sheet metal .
Mostly lighter gauges .
Read work order to identify correct material and thickness needed for parts .
Shear and mark with needed identification and stack blanks on carts and move to punching area .
Keep material properly marked and organized .
Keep shear area picked up and clean .
Must be able to communicate with other employees .
