we are seeking a reliable and skilled Production & Paint Mixing Associate to join our team in an established manufacturing facility in Pheonix!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for mixing and preparing custom paint formulations, operating production equipment, and canning finished products to meet the unique specifications of our commercial clients. This role requires precision, a keen eye for color matching, and the ability to follow detailed production procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Mixing & Color Matching:

Accurately measure and mix raw materials to create custom paint formulations according to customer specifications.

Perform color matching and adjustments to ensure consistency and accuracy in finished products.

Utilize color mixing software and tools to achieve precise results.

Production Operations:

Operate and maintain paint mixing machines, tinting equipment, and other production machinery.

Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency, quality control, and safety standards are met.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the mixing or production process.

Canning & Packaging:

Pour mixed paint into appropriate containers, ensuring proper labeling and packaging according to company guidelines.

Conduct quality checks on filled containers to ensure they meet company and customer standards.

Prepare and organize finished products for shipping and delivery.

Inventory & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of materials used, batches produced, and inventory levels.

Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in reordering raw materials as needed.

Complete necessary production documentation and reports.

Safety & Compliance:

Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during production activities.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations related to paint mixing and production.

Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from hazards.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in paint mixing or production is a plus.

Previous experience in paint mixing, production, or a related field is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to match colors accurately.

Familiarity with paint mixing equipment, color mixing software, and safety protocols.

Ability to lift and move heavy containers and materials, up to 50 lbs.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.
