WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Assembling security screens and doors using tools and measurements
- Measuring, cutting, and fitting components accurately
- Learning how quality, precision, and consistency matter
- Keeping your work area organized and efficient
- Cross-training over time in production planning, procurement, and shop operations

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma (G.E.D. or Diploma) is acceptable for the right candidate
- 2+ years experience in manufacturing is a plus to fast-track your growth and leadership
- Ability to speak and write in English
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working in a workshop/warehouse and a drug-free environment
- Be a documented US citizen with State ID card/Driver's License and SS card or Passport
MINIMUM SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Teachable personality with a willingness to work hard
- Detailed oriented and quality workmanship oriented
- Capable of using various power tools correctly
- Communicates well and highly capable of following directions
- Comfortable with lifting of 25-50 lbs. throughout the day
- Requires standing throughout the day
Full time: Monday - Friday 8am -4pm
PAY & GROWTH
- Starting pay: $18/hour
