We are looking to hire a Paint Prepper/Sand Blasting Technician. Applicant will be responsible for preparation of all truck bodies prior to being painted. Experience is a plus but not required, willing to train the right candidate. Daily operations will include sanding, grinding, caulking seams, and masking vehicles to provide the painters with a work ready surface to apply paint. Other responsibilities include touching up final paint, cleaning trucks/equipment and sandblasting truck bodies/equipment. This position requires the ability to stoop, bend over and stand for long periods of time. Must be able to safely lift a minimum of 50lbs. Need to have attention to detail, ability to work long hours and a valid driver’s license. Top pay for top performance. Hard working candidates only!
Benefits include: paid holidays after the first 30 days of employment, 2 weeks accrued PTO during the first year of employment and 3 weeks accrued PTO during the second year of employment, annual bonuses, growth within the company, overtime opportunities and a competitive pay.
