Job Description:
We are seeking a Manufacturing/CNC Programming Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment using SolidWorks and Mastercam. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of CNC machine function and G-code language, and be able to interpret blueprints, symbols, and geometric tolerances based on military(defense), and industrial specifications. Experience with SolidWorks Part and Drawings a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Create SolidWorks Assembly, Part, and Drawing documents.
Generate advanced Mastercam toolpaths.
Provide manufacturing support to shop floor personnel.
Serve as a technical liaison with operators, quality engineers, and shipping/receiving personnel.
Requirements:
A positive attitude is a must.
Experience with SolidWorks for developing part models, and drawings for manufacturing processes.
5 years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment using Mastercam.
Ability to read blueprints and have experience with GD&T.
Knowledgeable of tolerance stack analysis as applied to manufacturing operation development.
Familiarity with specifications and requirements for aerospace component manufacturing.
Dependable, professional, flexible, with a solid work history.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
Ability to communicate with supervisors and other employees.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written and/or verbal instructions.
The ability to deal effectively with problems
The physical ability to stand, reach, lift (30 pounds maximum), and able to concentrate on the job at hand.

Prior work experience in the aerospace industry a plus.
