Looking for Sr. Customer Service/Order Entry Specialist who will be the cornerstone of our customer experience — seamlessly managing incoming orders via email, ensuring accurate data entry, and addressing customer needs with care, professionalism, and a solution-first mindset.
Previous experience in manufacturing customer service, accurate order entry, strong organizational skills, detail oriented, worked with ERP or CRM systems, strong communication skills whether via phone, email or internal tools, problem solving with a solutions-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate closely with team members from other departments.
