Copper Tube Machine Operator
Circuiting Operator
Coil Expander
Brazer
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM | 2nd Shift: 1:30PM-10:00PM
Training will be conducted on the 1st shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate assigned machinery following safety protocols and production requirements.
Set up machines, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
Monitor product quality and make necessary adjustments to meet specifications.
Maintain accurate production records and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
Previous experience operating one or more of the listed machines is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production documents.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Basic mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Must pass a background check, drug screen, and tape measure test.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: $18 - $23/hour
