Flathers Precision, Inc. is an assertive machining shop specializing in tight tolerance CNC machining of small, finely machined components for the microelectronics industry. Small parts, small tools, small tolerances. If you are looking for a very challenging position and opportunity to fine tune your CNC machining skills this would be great for you. We practice +-.0005 to +-.0030 tolerances all day, every day. It's just what we do here.
We have 2-3 CNC positions available and we have 2 precision deburring positions available.
We are approaching a large growth spurt and need fine machinists to assist in and be a part of that growth. We are well established (since 1989) and have a fine track record of quality CNC machining. Especially in this industry.
