CABINET INSTALLERS -
We are looking for both experienced installers and those who want to learn.
Must be able to read, understand and work from shop prints
Must know how to use carpentry tools and machinery
Must have valid AZ driver's license with good record
Must be able to lift heavy items daily and stand for many hours
Must have a respectable and professional appearance
Maintain our company's highest customer service reputation
Strong organizational skills
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
CNC OPERATOR -
Minimum 2 years experience of CNC operation in a cabinet shop or similar environment
Must be able to read, understand and work from shop prints
Must be able to lift heavy items daily and stand for many hours
Must have an AZ drivers license with a good record
Must have a respectable and clean appearance
Maintain our company's highest customer service reputation
Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Responsibilities include running the CNC machine, organizing incoming raw materials and possibly running other shop machines.
EXPERIENCED CUSTOM CABINET MAKER / BUILDER -
Experienced in all facets of custom cabinetry / millwork
Must able to read, understand and work from shop print
Must know how to use all types of woodworking tools and machinery
Must to able to lift heavy items
Need working knowledge of common cabinetry hardware
Ability to work on many projects simultaneously and independently
Understand the importance of schedules / deadlines
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Self-starter with very high quality standards
Follow safety rules and make safety a priority
DRAFTSMAN -
Must have experience with Cabinet Vision and / or AutoCad
Ability to work on many projects simultaneously and independently
Understand the importance of schedules / deadlines
Self-starter with very high quality standards
Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Strong organizational skills
ASSEMBLY / DELIVERY DRIVER -
Entry level position
Assembly of cabinet boxes / carcasses
Experience preferred but not necessary, we will train the right person.
Must have valid AZ driver's license with good record
Must get DOT / Medical card within 60 days of hire
Will build / assemble cabinet boxes, load, and then unload at job site
Must be able to read, understand and work from shop prints
Must be able to lift heavy items, stand for many hours and perform repetitive physical tasks
Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Must be able to take and follow written and oral instructions
SANDER -
Entry level position
No experience necessary, we will train the right person.
Will sand cabinet parts with power tool and sometimes by hand to prep for next step in finish process
Must be able to read, understand and work from shop prints
Must be able to lift heavy items, stand for many hours and perform repetitive physical tasks
Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Must be able to take / follow written and oral instructions
ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:
Must be willing to work overtime when / if needed.
