Cabinet, Island, & Wood Technology Assemblers
M-F 6:00am to 2:30pm
$18.50 - $26.00 per hr.
This position is responsible for the assembly of floor cabinets, floating shelves, wall cabinets, island cabinetry, and other custom wood products for luxury homes. You will be assembling products often hand made from drawings created by artisan designers. Attached pics are actual installations.
Our products use a variety of advanced and very cool technology. This includes self closing panels, LED inlays, piston driven assemblies, advanced leveling systems, hidden bearing guides, synchronized stabilizers, metal or glass inserts, and so on. Some have multi-tier organizers, pullout bins, mechanical rollouts, and more.

You will need to assemble components with attention to detail and with a passion for precision and premium quality. After products are wrapped, they are loaded into our large box trucks. You might also be tasked to help deliver them to a Phoenix luxury home where our teams of skilled craftsman will install them.
Schedule & Pay Details:
$18.50 - $26.00 per hour
M-F 6:00am to 2:30pm (Afternoons free!)
Overtime when needed. Volunteers for weekends.
Located I-17 & Deer Valley Rd. (N. Phx)

Qualifications:
Work independently.and as part of a team.
Must have reliable transportation to/from our facility.
Physically able to perform heavy lifting, standing for long periods.
Knowledge of hand tools, saws, drills, preferable, but not necessary.
Strong attention to detail, commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
High school Diploma/GED preferred. Less than this may be accepted.
Responsibilities:
Use hand and power tools to assemble cabinet parts.
Collaborate others to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Inspect the finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Assemble components, including doors, drawers, and hardware, ensuring precision.
Perform quality checks to verify measurements, alignment, and functionality of all.
Deliver cabinetry to new luxury homes with a very courteous and professional manner.

You may be cross-trained to perform various other duties. This ensures job knowledge progression, possible pay raises, and a balanced work force. Hand-eye coordination, arm and hand steadiness, accurate vision, and good depth perception are required.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in assembly or construction. However, we are willing to train the right individuals. Those working as a construction worker, electrician, drywaller, framing carpenter, window installer, or trim carpenter are encouraged to apply.
