Job Title: Button Production Specialist - Looking to hire right away
Location: North Phoenix 39th Ave and Union Hills
Salary: Starting at $16 per hour
Employment Type: Full-time (Guaranteed 40 hours per week with potential for overtime)
Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated Button Production Specialist to join our team. This role involves the cutting and production of custom buttons, ensuring each piece meets our high standards of quality. No previous experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Precisely cutting and assembling buttons.
- Maintaining a consistent production pace to meet hourly quotas.
- Adapting quickly to changing job requirements and priorities.
- Self-managing tasks to meet production deadlines.
- Contributing to other business areas as needed.
- Comfortably working with political nature material, irrespective of personal viewpoints.
Requirements:
- No previous experience needed – we will provide full training.
- Strong attention to detail for producing high-quality custom products.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs and schedules.
- Ability to self-manage, organize, and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a willingness to learn different aspects of the business.

ON JOB TEST - PLEASE EMAIL YOUR RESUME AND TIME TO COME TEST IN THE NEXT 48-72 HOURS. WE ARE LOOKING TO HIRE ASAP AND ARE TESTING PRODUCTION ABILITY AND SPEED
During this session, we will introduce you to the specific job responsibilities and provide a brief training session to acquaint you with the tasks at hand. Our objective is to assess your ability to rapidly assimilate new information and perform tasks efficiently, along with evaluating other essential skills required for a role in production.
Please note, given the structured nature of this evaluation and our commitment to a thorough assessment process, we will be evaluating multiple candidates during these sessions. As such, we will not be able to provide immediate feedback on the day of your assessment.
In the days following your session, we will carefully review all assessments and notify you if we believe there is a potential fit. Successful candidates will then be invited to undergo a comprehensive training program and, if completed satisfactorily, will be offered a full-time position within our company.
