ATD Precision Manufacturing (formerly Allied Tool & Die) seeks an aerospace final inspector with at least 5 years of experience. Duties may also include first articles, in-process and receiving inspection.
Responsible for the quality of customer’s products, product identification, and conformance to blueprints.
Completes and submits documentation for source or self-release, such as DIPs, FAIRs, C of Cs, AS9102
Knowledge of calibration and recalibration requirements.
Assists Production Support with quality issues when necessary.
Recommends improvements and works towards department and company goals.
Ability to document discrepancies and to communicate to the MRB.
Experience in an AS9100 certified environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Preferred:
Experience with both sheet metal and machined parts
Experience with Honeywell specifications
