- Manage the day-to-day operations in support of VOD distribution across multiple client networks to MVPD partners
- Triage asset related issues
- Coordinate with MVPD counterparts to troubleshoot and resolve delivery issues
- Work with technical teams (including vendors) to enable improvements in existing technical solutions
- Collaborate with technology leadership, product managers/stakeholders
- Experience with Video Content Management Systems
- Working knowledge of video formats and transcoding processes
- Experience with XML metadata schemas
- Experience with MRSS feeds and API's
- Troubleshooting/problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task across different clients and requirements
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and be proactive
