A Little Glamour Photography is looking for someone to assist our multiple photographers in preschools around Phoenix and surrounding areas with getting children ready for photos, organizing paperwork, assembling proofing portfolios, taking and processing orders, data entry, and working with the preschool's staff to ensure that photography runs smoothly.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time, and Seasonal
Schedule:
5 hour shifts
8-10 hour shifts
Monday to Friday
Our full-time photographer's assistant would need to be available between the hours of 7:00am-6:30pm Monday through Friday. Part time would be either 7:00-1:00 or noon-6/6:30pm
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
Experience not necessary: training in lighting, posing, safety, printing, sales and basically all aspects of photography will be provided.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the photographer and other team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Requirements:
A reliable vehicle and able to travel around Phoenix and surrounding suburbs.
Ability to work the times above.
Ability to sit on the floor, smaller furniture, bend, lift up to 30lbs, and keep up with small children.
Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented person with good time management.
Basic knowledge of Excel and Word.
Ability to quickly develop a good rapport with children and adults.
Must be able to pass background check, and be able to work in preschools.
License/Certification:
Driver's License (Required)
AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (Preferred and will be required after hire)
Preferred, but not a “Must”:
Ability to travel
Eagerness to progress to traveling photographer/trainer for Las Vegas/Southern California/New Mexico
Previous retail, sales, service-related or photography experience.
Previous child-related experience (teacher, counselor, child care, etc.)
Fluent in Spanish

Compensation: We are looking for someone to start training ASAP. This position will pay $14-17 an hour depending on experience, as well as the ability to train as a full-time photographer. 1099 employee, paid weekly, with bonus incentives.
Salary: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour, plus milage
