Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to home care agency owners/administrators
- Follow provided script to offer our free product and hopefully upsell a paid product.
- Record responses and maintain contact database
- Leave professional voicemails when necessary
- Follow up with email confirmations
Requirements:
- Native English speaker with clear communication skills
- Previous B2B calling experience
- Professional phone manner
- Reliable internet connection
- Experience with CRM systems
- Available during US business hours
Ideal Candidate:
