Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Outbound Telemarketer/Appointment Setter to serve as the initial point of contact for potential construction and home improvement clients. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for outbound calling, qualifying leads, and scheduling consultations for our sales team. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is comfortable with high-volume calling, and is driven by meeting performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
Hours: Monday-Thursdays 10am-7pm Fridays- 10am-2pm. $15 Starting, $17 after Training. Possible bonus and earned commission.
