Location: Scottsdale area (although, mostly working remotely)
Compensation: $22-30 per hour based on experience. Bonuses are available if there are notable increases in sales as a result of the social media campaigns. This will be discussed upon hiring.

We are a well-respected, small family-run business that has played a significant role in the education and mental health industry in the U.S. Our social media position is weak, however, despite our strong offering of products and services. We are in need of a go-getter with a proven record in growing social media, running Facebook ads, lives, Youtube channels, etc. Experience with podcasts, blogs and other digital communication is desired.
Requirements:
- Basic skills in videography and video editing
- Exceptional skills in social media management.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a knack for storytelling and multimedia content creation.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to meet once a week in the Scottsdale area. We are willing to work with someone remotely, but this applicant would need to have a stronger professional background than applicants who are able to meet in person.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
- Proficiency in social media marketing is essential.
-Professionalism, honesty, and the ability to work well with others is essential.

Hours:
15-20 hours per week. The work times are selected by the candidate but must be consistent and agreed upon prior to start.
