Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Content Creator to join our team and help us build a strong online presence that reflects our dedication to quality and customer satisfaction. Our goal is to grow our digital presence and generate a long-term audience base for our marketing funnels.
As our Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, NextDoor, YouTube, GMB, Yelp, etc.) You will be tasked with creating engaging, informative, and visually appealing content that resonates with our target audience. We are looking to lean on your expertise to grow our social channels. The position will require the occasional driving to job sites where you will film and take photos of us and our work to be used for further content creation. You will work closely with our in-office team to learn about the industry and ensure our messaging aligns with our brand values and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Occasionally drive to meet our team at designated project sites to shoot photos and video of our work.
Create, design, and publish engaging social media posts, including photos, videos, and graphics, to highlight our window and door replacement services.
Develop and implement a content calendar to ensure consistent social media activity.
Manage and monitor social media accounts, respond to customer inquiries, and engage with followers.
Create and maintain brand voice and tone across all social media channels.
Collaborate with the owner and team to align social media efforts with business goals.
Track and analyze social media metrics to understand audience engagement and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience in content creation, specifically for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, NextDoor, YouTube, etc.).
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Experience operating a camera, staging subjects and directing video shoots.
Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (e.g., Davinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere).
A creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging digital content.
Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Experience in the home improvement or construction industry is a plus.
Proficient in English
Must be bale to pass a background check and be eligible for employment in the state of Arizona.
