Full-Time | In-Person | Arizona-Based Estate Planning Law Firm
Are you the person who always knows where everything is, remembers the small details others forget, and takes pride in making people feel seen, heard, and supported? If so, you might be the perfect fit for this role.
We're a growing, client-centered law firm focused on estate planning and probate—and we’re looking for someone exceptional to join our team full-time in the office.
What You'll Do
You'll be the calm, capable presence clients hear first on the phone or meet when they arrive. You'll also be the go-to person for making sure our internal systems are humming—from file prep to vendor coordination, from scheduling to organizing team logistics. You’ll:
Welcome and support clients with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
Manage calendars, track deadlines, and assist with follow-up tasks
Support attorneys and staff with administrative and operational needs
Maintain our office environment—physically and digitally—to keep things flowing smoothly
Lead or contribute to client engagement projects like welcome materials, thank-you gifts, and thoughtful touches
Be ready to jump in, solve problems, and continuously improve the client and team experience
You’re a Great Fit If You:
Have 3+ years of experience in a professional services setting (legal, financial, healthcare, or similar)
Are naturally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Take initiative and enjoy figuring things out before being asked
Communicate clearly, kindly, and professionally in all circumstances
Are comfortable with modern technology (think Google Workspace, calendars, CRMs, shared file systems, etc.)
Have a warm, calm, and confident demeanor—even in a fast-moving environment
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $50,000–$65,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
Paid Time Off: Generous PTO and paid holidays
Benefits: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance options; 401(k) with match after eligibility period
Work Environment: Quiet, supportive, and team-focused atmosphere with opportunities to grow professionally

Please send your resume along with a cover letter that highlights your relevant experience and demonstrates your attention to detail, communication style, and personality.
Bonus: If you're comfortable, we’d love for you to include a short video (1–2 minutes) introducing yourself. It doesn’t need to be polished—just a quick hello to help us get to know you beyond the page.
