We are looking for a reliable individual to help with the day to day general cleanup and to help the maintenance crew with various repairs and maintenance of a commercial property in Gilbert, Arizona.
Work consists of the following:
Cleaning and maintaining grounds
Helping the maintenance crew with various tasks such as cleaning, painting, plumbing, landscaping, etc.
Must have the following qualifications:
1. Dependable, reliable, and responsible.
2. Reliable transportation to and from work.
3. References.
4. Able to self-manage.
