We are looking for a reliable individual for general cleanup, groundskeeping, and portering of a commercial property in Gilbert. The person will also help the maintenance crew with various repairs and maintenance. This is a full time position, Monday thru Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Work consists of the following:
Daily cleaning and maintaining grounds;
Picking up trash, blowing leaves, cleaning windows, cleaning vacant units;
Helping the maintenance crew with various tasks such as cleaning, painting, plumbing, landscaping, etc.
Must have the following qualifications:
1. Dependable, reliable, and responsable;
2. Reliable transportation to and from work.
3. References.
4. Able to self-manage.
Pay range: $15.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on skills and experience.

La persona también ayudará al equipo de mantenimiento con diversas reparaciones y mantenimiento. Este es un puesto de tiempo completo, de lunes a viernes, de 8:30 am a 5:00 pm.
El trabajo consta de lo siguiente:
Limpieza diaria y mantenimiento de terrenos;
Recoger basura, soplar hojas, limpiar ventanas, limpiar unidades vacías;
Ayudar al equipo de mantenimiento con diversas tareas como limpieza, pintura, plomería, paisajismo, etc.
Debe tener las siguientes calificaciones:
1. Confiable, confiable y responsable;
2. Transporte confiable hacia y desde el trabajo.
3. Referencias.
4. Capaz de autogestionarse.
Rango de pago: $15.00 a $20.00 por hora dependiendo de las habilidades y la experiencia.
