We are seeking an immediate hire of an experience Yard Maintenance Tech.
Duties & Responsibilities:
In charge of all landscaping and yard maintenance, to include but not limited to pruning shrubs and trees, weed control, watering etc.
Operate street sweeper and blower in parking area.
Routine janitorial maintenance of shop & main office patio.
Organize and separate metal forms by size for easy loading.
Assist Welding and Mechanic shops, if all caught up and have down time.
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements:
Able to work out-doors in extreme heat and cold weather.
Able to lift and carry weights fifty (50) pounds safely.
Able to work in an up-right standing position for extended periods.
Must be mobile and agile, able to bend, twist, stretch and stoop frequently with ease.
Punctual and good attendance required.
Work Days: Monday - Fridays
