Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse & Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial to our company's growth, offering opportunities for promotion within as little as six months for the right candidate. The Warehouse & Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for various tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our warehouse.Key Responsibilities:Receiving and Processing: Unload, inspect, and accurately document incoming shipments. Sort and organize products in the warehouse. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. Order Fulfillment: Pick, prepare, and pack orders for shipment. Ensure orders are accurately and timely fulfilled. Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. Arrange products systematically for easy access and inventory management. Equipment Operation:Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damage. Ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality standards. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve warehouse goals. Assist in other areas as needed, demonstrating versatility and adaptability. Qualifications: Previous warehouse experience. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills. Flexible availability. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license.
