Certified Arborist License a plus (but not required)
Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Pay: $30–$40/hour DOE

Bmts is hiring a groundsman to support our tree crews. This is a hands-on position — you’ll be working outdoors, assisting climbers, and operating equipment. Experience matters, but we’re willing to train the right person.
REQUIREMENTS / REQUISITOS:
Experience working around a wood chipper / Experiencia trabajando cerca de una trituradora de ramas
Know how to safely operate a chainsaw / Saber usar una motosierra con seguridad
Ability to set ropes, drag brush, and support climbers / Saber usar cuerdas, mover ramas y ayudar a los trepadores
