Tree Care Field Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:

Tree Care Supervisor is responsible for scheduling, training, and supervising arbor employees towards providing quality, cost-effective, tree services to clients. Supports the tree care division in estimating, scheduling and meet with Arbor Specialists regularly.

Understanding client needs through communication with the account management team

Must be able to read, write, comprehend work orders, training manuals and any form of literature pertaining to the position, company, and industry.

Ensuring job site safety, quality, and appearance meeting Encore standards.

Help manage all tree services, including the coordination of all materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors required to produce quality work.

Inspecting properties prior to scheduled service in order to properly prepare specific action plans for service. Adjust schedule as needed and follow up.

Ensuring work is executed with proper arbor techniques and equipment.

As necessary, perform hands-on work with crews to meet work specifications and scheduling demands.

Implementing and enforcing Encore policies and procedures related to proper upkeep and maintenance, storage, use, and training required for branch equipment.

Ensuring that job site safety, quality and appearance meet Encore standards.

Help hiring new crew members as needed.

Minimizing accidents to personnel and equipment.

Monitoring safety record of crews.

Keeping emergency contact information up to date and available.

Be available for emergency work and manage crews as needed even after normal business hours.

Maintaining and managing all required administrative systems, including time recording, service schedules, and executed vs. budgeted performance.

Coordinating with account management teams to ensure tree job databases are consistently updated with current job information.

Ordering materials as needed and monitoring costs and deliveries.

Always represent the company and operation in a professional manner on or off work time.

Ensure tools are always serviced for safety and trucks are clean and maintained.

Benefits:

-PTO after probationary period of 90 days

-Medical and dental available probationary period of 90 days

-Salary: $70,720.00 per year (paid weekly)

Incentive:

-Company vehicle and gas card – must have a current and valid driver’s license and a 5-year MVR record. Must be able to be insured by company’s insurance
