Position: Warehouse General Laborer
Reports to: Production Manager
Type: Temporary Position - full or part-time hours
Summary
Carry out various tasks in our busy warehouse. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills. The successful applicant will be responsible for feeding production line equipment, finishing products and reporting any issues with equipment directly to his/her supervisor. All qualified, responsible applicants are encouraged to apply.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Arrive on time and ready to work
Handle customer supplied product with due care and attention
Follow defined procedures
Store goods and materials properly in our warehouse
Pack goods to be shipped
Maintain work areas and equipment to insure a clean and safe work environment
Follow our employee manual
Repeatedly demonstrate the core of our organization of honesty, timeliness, enthusiasm, communication, quality, flexibility & hard work.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Strong work ethic and organizational skills
Strong Command of the verbal English Language
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
Able to work on feet for extended periods of time
Ability to use pallet jacks
Reliable mode of transportation is a must
