We are looking to hire a responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented Pool Service Technician (Pool Cleaner) to join our team. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY as we provide paid training! This is a W2 position. Must live in one of our service cities.

Job Description:
A full time route (50-60 pools) Monday-Friday WITHOUT the 40 hour/week requirement. Technicians will clean pools (brush, skim, empty baskets and vacuum as needed), maintain proper water chemistry utilizing our test kits, and monitor pool equipment. All items necessary to perform this job are provided. Routes are consistent and close.
Requirements: All Applicants MUST (no exceptions):
Have your own TRUCK and Insurance along with valid Drivers License
Ability to start early and tolerate Arizona temperature extremes (At first pool between 6-8 am during the summer
and between 7-9 during the winter)
Have a reliable work ethic
Be able to lift a 50lbs on occasion and as needed
Have a smartphone that can take pictures, send text and access pool service app
Be able to work legally in the US
Compensation:
Training pay is a flat daily rate based on the number of pools, then per pool after 2 weeks of training (average pool tech makes $28.00/hour)
The week between Christmas and New Years paid off
Summer bonus paid out each month June-September
New hire bonus after 90 days
Semi-annual bonus
Employee and customer referral bonus
Ability to earn extra compensation through filter cleans, light repairs and added pools ( after 6 months)
