Qualifications

Responsibilities
Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Participate in safety training sessions to learn safe work practices in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Pack, load, and ship products to stores and customers.
Ensure accurate processing of merchandise for our stores and customers.
Work safely, quickly, and efficiently to handle freight and move inventory within the warehouse.
Maintain a tidy, clean, and organized workspace.
Arrive at work punctually and complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
Engage in problem-solving to support continuous improvement efforts.
Uphold a positive and respectful attitude while working independently or as part of a team.
Be aware that job duties may change at any time due to business needs.
Based on business needs and role requirements within Warehouse Operations, you will be considered for the role of Warehouse Worker or Warehouse Associate based on your responses to the application questionnaire and assessment.
Capable of lifting and carrying merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally during a shift.
Able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout shifts.
Work at heights of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine when necessary.
