We are looking for capable screen printers and embroiderers with tons of experience. We have M&R, ROQ, Tajima, Saati equipment.
Ability to set up, run, and teardown print and embroidery jobs without supervision.
General knowledge of shop terms such as mesh count, squeegee pressure & durometer, ink viscosity, and ink opacity
Ability to set-up & print an acceptable test sample or sew out in an efficient manner
Ability to properly cure a variety of fabrics without damaging or scorching
Understanding of how to efficiently print jobs and meet deadlines while maintaining a high-quality standard
Ability to load and unload garments accurately and at a fast rate.- Awareness of what is on the daily and weekly print schedule
Ability to show up on time and commit to a print schedule
Ability to carry/lift at least 50 lbs
Ability to interact effectively with team members to fulfill daily tasks and successfully complete print jobs
Experience operating BOTH manual and automatic presses - Must speak English
Experience reclaiming screens
Experience counting shirts
We're looking for a full-time M-F 6am-3pm screen printer
Must be very good with setting up screens on 8-12 color presses
Paid vacation time, generous personal paid time off, paid holidays.
AM shift 6AM to 3PM M-F
