Responsibilities:
Generate new leads actively through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting activities. The company will provide leads from vetted sources.
Schedule and conduct in-person consultations with potential customers to assess their roofing needs
Provide detailed proposals and estimates, ensuring customers understand the scope of work and pricing.
Close sales by overcoming objections and securing signed contracts
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast monthly/quarterly sales.
Utilize digital tools and CRM software to streamline the sales process.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
Minimum two years of successful sales experience, preferably in the roofing or home improvement industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome objections
Proficient in using CRM software and other digital sales tools
Willingness to participate in extensive sales training and development programs
Valid driver's license with excellent driving record.
