Revolution Steel is looking for new hires to take the construction industry to the next generation. We are a group of like-minded and forward-thinking people looking to add new members to the team. We are looking for motivated, problem solving, hardworking individuals who are open to learning all parts of the build from start to finish with an extreme attention to detail. From the shop floor pre-assembly to on-site install, we are looking for employees that are wanting to learn and become efficient in all aspects of the Revolution Steel process.
We are currently looking for someone with some construction/ field experience to help with all parts of the process but be more heavily focused on the installation side of things. We are looking for a crew lead. Someone that can work hand in hand with our lead install manager to really get these homes built in a quick safe and efficient manner.
-Framing/ construction experience
-Know how to use a level and a tape measure
-Knowledge of how to read plans is a huge plus
-Ability to lead a group of people
-Welding experience is a plus
-Transportation necessary
-Reliable and punctual
-Good go get it attitude
-Physically fit with no quit
