Responsibilities:
As a Swimming Repair Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Team Management and creation: Hire and lead and manage a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the highest quality service.
- Technician Training: Develop and implement training programs for technicians to enhance their skills and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Sales of Repairs and Parts: Efficiently and professionally help on diagnosing and selling of repair jobs and parts
- Customer Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Computer Proficiency: Utilize computer skills, including Microsoft Office, to streamline administrative tasks and enhance communication within the team.
- Pool Repair Experience: Drawing from your professional pool repair experience, contribute to the continuous improvement of our service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Pool Repair Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in swimming pool repairs (MANDATORY!)
- Management Skills: Proven experience in team management and training.
- Computer Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to address customer issues effectively.
