Essential Duties and Responsibilities. The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for inspecting and testing our vinyl windows to ensure they meet the company's quality standards. This role involves working closely with the production team to identify and address any quality issues, maintaining detailed records of inspections, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of vinyl windows at various stages of the production process.
Perform tests to verify the quality and durability of products.
Identify defects and work with the production team to implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections and test results.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
Provide training to production staff on quality standards and procedures.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
