Romanzof Fishing Co - F/V Baranof is currently hiring processors.
We are also looking for experienced Deckhands. Please only apply as a deckhand if you have verifiable prior experience as a deckhand on a fishing vessel, otherwise please apply as a processor. Only one application is necessary.
Crew will be boarding the vessel in Seattle the first week in March, date to be determined.
Applicants should be aware that they are responsible for their own transportation to Seattle.
The job is demanding, requiring long, strenuous 16-hour shifts with minimal breaks. Initially, your body may experience discomfort as it adjusts to new physical demands, and you will need to work on a moving vessel.
We suggest viewing online videos about longlining and processing to prepare. Unlike other vessels that either fish or process, the Baranof does both, which extends our fishing duration.
When applying, please provide a comprehensive employment history of the last five years and clarify any employment gaps, including all work, whether paid or unpaid.
Candidates must be able to travel to Seattle at their own cost. To submit an application, please visit our website: [Baranof Courageous](https://baranofcourageous.com/).
