OnCall is looking for Printed Circuit Board Assemblers for an ongoing assignment with one of our clients! This can be a temp to hire position depending on your work ethic, and reliability. This is an ONGOING, LONG-TERM position, but we can PAY DAILY or every Friday, YOUR CHOICE See job details below!

PAY:

$18/HR TO START, DAILY PAY AVAILABLE! THIS IS A LONG TERM, WEEKLY POSITION!

MORNING SHIFT: 6AM-2:30PM, Monday-Friday 40 HOURS GUARANTEED

Scope of the job:

Our client is looking for an assembly and PCB inspector, or printed circuit board inspector, to ensure that PCBs are assembled correctly and meet quality standards. PCB inspection is a critical step in the manufacturing process that helps to ensure the reliability and quality of electronic devices. Early detection of defects can help to reduce the risk of costly rework and scrap and can help to improve the longevity of the final product.

JOB DETAILS:

Inspect PCB Boards, wire harnesses and mechanical assemblies to assure conformance to engineering/Customer drawings and/or other documentation.

Inspect PCBs for defects, assembly errors, and electrical faults.

Verify that components are properly placed and soldered, and that the board meets design specifications

Document inspection results using manual and computer-based systems.

Generate Material Non-Conformance reports for items not meeting specifications.

Interface with personnel in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production and Sales to resolve any quality issues, customer complaints relating to specifications or non-conformances.

Be dedicated to meeting or exceeding customer expectations for product quality, reliability, and satisfaction.

Visual Inspection Skills under microscope or inspection tools to verify that a product is free of defects before installation in the next level of assembly or final distribution to the customer.

Hands-on experience with common inspection tools such as: Micrometers, Calipers and Multimeters.

Reading and interpretation of engineering drawings and specifications.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE.

Must have reliable transportation

Must be mechanically inclined

Must be able to work 8+ hours

Must have able to work EVERYDAY!
