We are looking for a highly self-motivated, reliable Lube Tech to maintain our fleet of trucks and equipment including greasing/checking fluids and oil changes, among other tasks as well. This work can take place in our maintenance shop or out in the field. The position requires the lube tech to drive a company vehicle and maintain insurance eligibility.
H.W. Johnson Concrete Construction is a Phoenix based company operating in central Arizona for over 50 years.
Our fleet of equipment range from pick-ups to tractors; and from skid steer loaders to motor graders to slipform pavers.

This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday. Weekend shifts may occasionally be available. Starting pay is $20/hr

Requirements:
Ability to lift and move heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time.
Must have no major driving violations in past 36 months
Must have maintained a driving license for 36 months (Commercial license not needed)
Must pass a drug screening at time of interview.
