Porter/Landscaping
Porter/Landscaping duties include working with sprinklers/irrigation and landscape, blowing out breezeways/parking areas, pressure washing buildings and sidewalks, and cleaning grounds, pool areas, and parking lots. This candidate must also assist the maintenance technician with projects, pass a background check, and be reliable and detailed. This position requires a 25-hour-a-week commitment. The work schedule is from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
